Job summary

A health services organization located in Guildford is seeking an experienced Building Coordinator to oversee the safety, quality, and maintenance of designated properties. This role involves supervising daily operational facilities management, acting as the main contact for building users, and conducting compliance testing. The ideal applicant will have qualifications in facilities or property management and a minimum of two years' experience in a relevant role. A UK driving licence and knowledge of water management will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• An appropriate qualification in facilities management or property management or demonstrable experience.
• UK driving licence required.
• Knowledge of HTM for estates and Facilities management essential.
• Experience in L8 water management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and maintenance of designated buildings.
• Act as building custodian and supervise day-to-day operational facilities management.
• Provide onsite presence for building users addressing maintenance issues.
• Conduct system and compliance testing across sites.
