The role is welding waste skips and containers of various sizes; you will normally be working in a pair with another experienced operator.

Pay structure may potentially be piece work, depending on experience.

We supply all P.P.E to our staff members, and you will be required to do a full induction and health questionnaire prior to starting.

We try to run a relaxed atmosphere as much as possible.

Staff are left alone to motivate themselves with their team mate to produce products as fast as reasonably, this then generates earnings allied to that.

However there are both Works foreman and Manager to help staff when needed to achieve this.
