Your Role & Responsibilities
As the Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our fabrication workshop, ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring a team of skilled craftsmen, welders, and fitters.
- Team Management: You will supervise and coordinate your team\'s activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Production Oversight: You\'ll monitor daily operations, guaranteeing that all fabrication activities meet our quality standards and production targets.
- Safety & Quality Control: Enforce safety regulations and conduct thorough inspections of materials and products to maintain a safe environment and ensure everything meets specifications.
- Material & Resource Management: You\'ll oversee the tracking of materials, manage workshop capacity, and identify any defects to keep projects on schedule.
- Problem-Solving: You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the fabrication process.
- Reporting: Keep management informed with regular progress reports, cost data, and information on any potential risks or delays.
