We are currently seeking an experienced Fabrication Leading Hand to join our team at our Welshpool workshop. This role is available on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday, day shift only, and involves both hands-on work and team leadership.

About the Opportunity

As a Fabrication Leading Hand, you’ll be a key contributor on the workshop floor while also providing guidance and coordination to a team of tradespeople. You'll ensure jobs are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards, while actively supporting team development and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example with hands-on fabrication work

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Australian-recognised trade qualification in Boilermaking, or related field
• Proven experience in a workshop or fabrication maintenance environment
• Previous leadership experience in a similar role highly regarded
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Valid Australian driver’s licence
• Forklift or Dogging High Risk Licence – desirable
