In this role you will deliver practical and classroom-based teaching for Fabrication and Welding learners from Level 1 to Level 3. You will support students at different stages of their development, helping them build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for successful careers in engineering and manufacturing. The position follows a structured 36-hour week with dedicated time for preparation and administration.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Fabrication and Welding or a related engineering discipline. Industry experience in welding, fabrication, workshop operations or similar is essential. No previous teaching experience is required because full training and ongoing support will be provided.
