We are looking for a Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities
  • Fire Door PPM service and repairs
  • Repairs and maintenance to building fabric
  • Minor repair and maintenance of tiling, walls and ceiling
  • Remedial minor building works following PPM activities completed by other service lines
  • Painting and decorating projects (as and when required)
  • Flooring repair and new installations
  • Basic plumbing repairs
  • Basic plastering
  • Stock management of site consumables
  • Relocation or removal of furniture
  • Hosting of subcontractors
Requirements
  • Qualified to a C&G or NVQ in a fabric trade, such as carpentry, painting and decorating, etc.
  • Previous experience of working as a fabric technician
  • Strong customer service experience
