JOB DESCRIPTION :

My client who are an exciting Facilities Management company are looking for a Fabric Engineer to cover a large commercial building in Salford. They are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role and has PPM experience. They are looking for someone from an all round handyman background. This is a great opportunity with the opportunity to progress.

This role is a permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Standard hours are 8am - 4.30pm. Overtime is available but not mandatory.

Daily responsibilities will include :

• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Looking after the fabric of the building including :
• Minor Joinery
• Minor plastering
• Painting (touching up)
• PPM checks, water flushing, fire extinguishers etc
• Carrying out work safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with client and contractors on site
