Job summary

A facilities management company is seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to work on a static commercial site in Reading. This ongoing temporary position offers significant potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar maintenance role.

Fabric Engineer - Static Commercial Site

Location: Reading

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Contract: Temporary (Ongoing) - Potential to Go Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabric Engineer to work on a static commercial site in Reading. This is an ongoing temporary position with a strong opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

The role

Youiarism responsible for carrying out planned_point preventativ maintenance (PPMs) and reactive fabric works across the site, ensuring the building is maintained to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Completing PPMs in line with the site schedule
• Carrying out reactive fabric maintenance tasks
• Basic carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and general building repairs
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently
• Liaising with site management and reporting completed works
