Overview

What would you do as our Export & Logistics Coordinator?

As our Export & Logistics Coordinator you will play a critical role in supporting our international operations. A key focus will be on managing all aspects of the export process, including documentation, shipment coordination, customs compliance, and communication with customers and logistics partners. You’ll also work closely with internal teams such as planning & production, as your part in the customer service team to ensure on-time, accurate delivery of goods worldwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service excellence, strong attention to detail, experience in logistics or international trade, and a passion for smooth operational delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You would also:

  • Deliver customer service excellence by meeting logistics/export expectations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements and cost savings in shipping and warehousing operations.
  • Manage export order entry, confirmations and maintain clear communication on product availability and shipping timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align dispatch, delivery and production schedules as well as resolving customer inquiries professionally.
  • Oversee international shipments, prepare accurate export documentation and liaise with logistics partners for timely delivery.
The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is experienced in export, logistics, or supply chain roles, ideally within manufacturing or export-focused environments.
  • Has a strong knowledge of international shipping documentation, export compliance, Incoterms, and customs processes.
  • Is skilled in freight coordination, record-keeping, and maintaining structured documentation.
  • Has excellent organisational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM systems, and able to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
