A local authority in England is seeking an Experienced Social Worker to join the Adult Services Contact Team. This full-time role (37 hours per week) involves managing a complex caseload, providing essential services to older people and those with physical disabilities. Candidates must have at least two years of post-qualification experience in social work and the ability to handle high levels of risk and uncertainty. This is a full time post, 37 hours per week.
The team provide an essential front door service to our Older People and Physical Disability service users.
During the day‑to‑day role, you will be required to carry a complex workload reflecting high levels of risk, uncertainty and challenge, in line with the capability of an experienced Social Worker.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of two years post‑qualification experience in a social work role.
