Responsibilities

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: DOE £40,000 per annum + Generous Monthly Bonus Scheme
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
Hybrid Working: 2 Days Working From Home
Location: Warrington

We are expanding our team and are seeking an experienced Second Charge Case Manager Team Leader to support and oversee our growing Case Management function. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Case Managers while working closely with our Second Charge Mortgage Advisers to ensure high-quality case progression and outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage, support and develop a team of Case Managers to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Quality Control: Oversee documentation checks to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Case Oversight: Monitor case flow, ensuring timely progression from initial packaging to lender submission and completion.
  • Escalation Support: Act as the contact point for complex cases, providing guidance and solutions.
  • Client Experience: Maintain a high standard of client communication, ensuring transparency and proactive updates.
  • Workflow & Targets: Prioritise workload effectively to meet team performance targets and service level agreements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Advisers, Underwriters, and Lenders to achieve smooth case processing and positive client outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of the full Second Charge case journey, from packaging to completion.
