Our Watford office is growing, and we are looking to bring in experienced Recruitment Consultants to strengthen our Industrial and Driving divisions, covering both temporary and permanent recruitment.

Role

This is a 360 recruitment role suited to someone who already understands how to build and run a successful desk.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage your own temp and/or perm desk
• Win new business and develop long-term client relationships
• Place high-quality candidates into Industrial and Driving roles
• Manage and grow accounts to maximise revenue
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and delivery levels
• Consistently hit and exceed billing targets

• Experience in Industrial and/or Driving recruitment preferred (but not essential)
