What You'll Be Doing:

Own your niche - Become a Subject Matter Expert in your chosen tech vertical by immersing yourself in the industry, understanding client businesses, technologies, strategies, and culture.

Grow your network - Build strong client and candidate relationships through calls, meetings, events, and social selling.

Drive business development - Use a variety of methods to win new business and develop long term client partnerships.

Deliver results - Manage end to end recruitment processes with precision, from sourcing top talent to closing placements.

Collaborate across the business - Refer and work with other Experis consultants nationally to maximise opportunities.

Be the go to consultant - Build your personal brand as the expert in your market through consistent delivery and insight sharing.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in IT/Digital/Technology recruitment.

Strong track record in new business development, winning and managing clients.

Ability to work autonomously and strategically.

Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, and ideally experience working on exclusive roles.
