Job Title: Existing Business Underwriter

Location: City of London

PURPOSE OF ROLE

• To build and maintain strong broker relationships while delivering a high level of service within agreed SLAs. You’ll work collaboratively with the team to support Private Clients / HNW business, ensuring excellent customer outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards.

DAY TO DAY

• Provide renewal invites to brokers within SLA deadlines.
• Action mid-term adjustments and cancellations promptly.
• Handle broker calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Work through renewal queries to maximise retention.
• Operate within underwriting licence and refer cases appropriately.
• Support colleagues by acting as a referral point when needed.

RESPONIBILITIES
