Job description
Executive Search Partner

You will lead the way in attracting exceptional senior talent aligned to our strategic priorities. This is a high-impact role focused on building diverse forward‑looking leadership pipelines and delivering a best‑in‑class executive hiring experience. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business influencing hiring decisions through deep market insight, strategic thinking and a strong understanding of the financial services landscape.

This is not a people‑management role but it demands leadership presence, credibility and the ability to collaborate effectively across senior stakeholder groups.

What you’ll be doing
  • Partnering with senior leaders to shape executive hiring strategies aligned with future capability needs
  • Leading end‑to‑end executive search processes from briefing to offer negotiation
  • Building and nurturing trusted networks across the financial services sector
  • Delivering market insights and competitor intelligence to inform hiring decisions
  • Managing relationships with external search partners to ensure quality and alignment
  • Enhancing candidate experience through high‑touch values‑led engagement
  • Upholding governance frameworks and best practice throughout the hiring process
  • Embedding Consumer Duty principles into executive hiring activity
Qualifications
