Essentail Duties & Responsibilities

Business Client Development
  • Deliver an extraordinary best in class and personalise level of service to maximise sales and commercial opportunities in store and via out-reach
  • Perform to expert level to build and nurture a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs) Super VICs & top clients
  • Initiate & execute bespoke events & experiences for your clients
Leadership & Engagement Support
  • Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the Ralph Lauren sales code
  • Act as a professional Ralph Lauren ambassador & representative to effectively network, and remain up to date with competitor activity, innovations, trends, events, campaigns
  • Maintain an expert level of brand & product knowledge
Operations
  • Expert of Ralph Lauren clienteling and digital tools, Ralph Lauren store systems and proceduresUphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation
  • Attend the buys & communicates product and client feedback to buyers & managers
