The Personal Executive Assistant will act as a key support to the Leadership Team, ensuring seamless coordination across business, client, and operational priorities. This role requires precision, discretion, and the ability to navigate a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. You will manage schedules, communications, and workflow while representing Love Luxury with the highest level of professionalism.

This is a role for someone proactive, detail‑focused, and able to stay several steps ahead.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Manage and optimise executive calendars, appointments, and internal/external meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and schedules.
  • Prioritise tasks, flag urgent matters, and ensure the leadership team stays organised and informed.
  • Work on multiple business projects, which will require multitasking, and working to deadlines.
Communication & Relationship Management
  • Act as the first point of contact for executives – filtering, prioritising and drafting communications with accuracy and discretion.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal team members.
  • Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and follow‑up actions for meetings.
Operational Support
  • Maintain oversight of boutique requirements, schedules, and operational workflows.
  • Assist with the organisation of internal events, launches, and VIP client appointments when required.
  • Support, lead and manage project coordination, ensuring deadlines are tracked and met.
Administrative Excellence
  • Handle document management, filing, and digital organisation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and polished documents as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality with all company, client, and operational information.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar support role (luxury, retail, or high‑performance industries preferred).
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • Confident using productivity tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic luxury environment.
  • A polished, well‑presented, and calm presence.
