Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive PA or Senior PA supporting multiple senior leaders.
  • Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑site or multi‑brand environments.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and shifting demands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel, and communications for Directors.
  • Prepare high-quality agendas, board papers, and presentations.
  • Act as a key liaison between Finance, HR, Brand, and Operations.
