We are looking to recruit an Executive Officer to join the School Executive team in the School of Computing and Engineering.
This is a key role in providing a professional service in the administrative processes and procedures that support the School, including organisational support to the Dean, and overseeing the delivery of key projects for the Dean and School Senior Leadership Team.
You will have experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant to senior management, and bring outstanding interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. You will have an undergraduate degree, or equivalent relevant work experience in a similar role and hold two A Levels or equivalent or higher qualification. In addition, you will have a high degree of initiative, a keen sense of discretion and con?dentiality, and be comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team.
