I'm looking for an Executive Head Chef who possesses the following:

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience within a multi-faceted operation
• The ability to manage 2 Head Chefs and a large BOH team
• Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
• Strong events experience
• Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus
• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety
• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
• All candidates applying for this Executive Head Chef role must have been in a similar position within the last year.
