A collaborative educational organisation in the UK is seeking an Executive Director of Digital Transformation to lead its digital strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in digital transformation, a relevant degree, and a strong understanding of data governance. This full-time role offers a salary of £75,000 per annum, with generous benefits including 37 days annual leave and pension membership.
Salary: £75,000 per annum. 37 hours per week. Fixed Term until 1st September 2029. Location: Negotiation of base site with successful candidate.
The Director of Digital Transformation Strategy is responsible for leading the strategic vision, planning, and execution of digital transformation across the organisation. This role ensures that all digital initiatives align with corporate objectives and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, innovation, and user experience. The post holder will oversee the modernisation of systems, processes, and services, embedding a customer‑first approach and promoting a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
The role also requires adherence to health and safety, equality and diversity, safeguarding responsibilities, and compliance with all TEC Partnership policies and procedures.
The candidate must have proven experience in leading digital transformation within complex organisations and managing large‑scale change initiatives that balance human‑centric outcomes with resource efficiency. They will demonstrate the ability to drive organisational vision through strategic foresight and decisive leadership, build and sustain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, and oversee the delivery of complex programmes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
