Exciting opportunity! An iconic global technology company is looking for a tech-savvy Executive Assistant for a 12-month temporary role to start ASAP (Mid-October). You\'ll be supporting three Senior Directors across the Retail Engagement, Merchandising, and Global Retail teams in EMEIA.
If you thrive in a busy, varied, and ever-changing environment where no two days are the same, this could be the role for you. You\'ll need strong experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously, with proven skills in event planning and process optimisation. Comfort managing complex logistics, juggling priorities across multiple time zones, and working confidently with stakeholders at all levels is essential.
Attention to detail is a must, as is being tech-savvy and open to adopting new tools including AI to drive efficiency.
