A luxury hotel group in London is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support high-level management and coordinate various tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, calm under pressure, and has exceptional communication skills. Flexibility is key as the role involves out-of-hours support. Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential. Salary ranges from £75k to £90k depending on experience.
Our client, a high-profile Hotelier with luxury properties in London and LA, requires a professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support with day-to-day general needs and business calendars.
A calm and unflappable manner is crucial. Plans will change at the last minute, and thinking on your feet with a plan B is required regularly. You must have excellent communication and prioritisation skills and be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
With an A-list clientele and UHNW luxury lifestyle, the principal mixes in celebrity circles. Experience from a talent or entertainment background and an understanding and brand awareness of luxury hotels in London and LA would be advantageous.
This is not a 9am–5pm position; absolute flexibility and commitment are key. Candidates must be willing and able to commit completely to the role and work across different time zones when required.
You will be based at the head office in Marylebone, London, working alongside the Personal Assistant.
Hours: Full time with regular out-of-hours support

Salary: £75k-90k dependent on experience
