Property & Household Management

Oversee the running of multiple residences, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and fully operational at all times. Coordinate household staff and service providers, including housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, nannies, and maintenance teams. Source and liaise with contractors and suppliers, obtaining quotes and supervising works when required. Ensure all properties are stocked and prepared for the principal’s arrival — from housekeeping standards to security arrangements. Works seamlessly and collaboratively with the Principal’s partner’s PA to ensure full alignment across professional, household, and family matters.

Private & Personal Support

Manage personal diary, appointments, and lifestyle needs, ensuring smooth coordination between professional and family life. Organise private travel, including charter flights, villas, hotels, and transportation logistics. Plan and oversee holidays, family trips, and social events, ensuring all details are managed to the highest standard. Handle gift sourcing, wardrobe coordination, and personal shopping when needed. Support with personal correspondence, errands, and family logistics, maintaining absolute confidentiality.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Serve as a key liaison between the Principal and their network of lawyers, accountants, business managers, and security professionals. Act as the first point of contact for all communications, filtering requests and prioritising accordingly. Build strong relationships with household and business teams, ensuring effective communication and consistent standards across all areas.
