A prestigious private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a busy Managing Director and team in the West End. You will manage complex schedules and provide administrative support, requiring a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are vital for success. This temp to perm role offers a hybrid work model, 25 days of holiday, a travel allowance, bonus, and a pension scheme.

Executive Assistant to Managing Director & Team, West End, up to £65,000 (Temp to Perm)

A fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious private equity firm based in the West End and support a busy Managing Director plus small team on the deal side of the business. The company has a flat structure with a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Day to day will include:

  • Providing high-level support to an MD and team, including calendar management, high volume travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Handle complex international travel arrangements, including visas and itineraries
  • Act as a gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritising requests
  • Document creation (Microsoft Word and PowerPoint)
  • Management of expenses
  • Manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as required.

The successful EA will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an EA within finance or similar fast-paced corporate environment. Proven experience supporting senior executives with international travel and complex schedules.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills

Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm, one day hybrid , 25 days holiday, travel allowance, bonus & pension scheme. This is a temp to perm opportunity starting in January.
