Overview

Executive Assistant FTC (Ends July 2026)

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential administrative and organisational support to the IUC Divisional Leadership Team. Reporting to the Executive Office Manager, you’ll manage diaries and inboxes, coordinate meetings, prepare key documents and support the smooth running of divisional activity.

If you’re calm under pressure, great with people and confident working in a fast-paced environment, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact across our organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Managing diaries, inboxes and correspondence for Divisional Directors
  • Preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes and coordinating meeting actions
  • Supporting report preparation, presentations and divisional communication
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Managing travel, events and itineraries for senior leaders
  • Supporting divisional processes, projects and administrative improvements
  • Maintaining systems, records and the organisational on-call rota
