Executive Assistant - FMCG

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Location: City of London

Fully office-based - 5 days per week

The role
Reporting to the Head of Communications, you'll provide high-level support across the department, managing a variety of projects and ensuring the smooth coordination of meetings, events, and internal communications. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same, and your ability to juggle multiple priorities will be key.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events to promote collaboration and business growth.
• Organising social activities and team gatherings.
• Acting as a trusted gatekeeper to senior leaders, managing complex diaries, arranging travel, and processing expenses.
• Preparing agendas, drafting impactful presentations, capturing meeting notes, and tracking action points.
• Planning and delivering exclusive trade tours and high-profile trips.
• Managing confidential communications and records with absolute discretion.
• Overseeing ad hoc projects that align with business priorities.
• Assisting with brand budget consolidation at month-end.
• Creating and distributing engaging internal communications, including newsletters, email updates, and company-wide announcements.
• Maintaining the communications calendar and ensuring timely delivery of content.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure messages are clear, consistent, and on brand.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as an EA, ideally within FMCG or a similar fast-paced sector.
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fully office-based role.
