Executive Assistant – Central London – £65,000

A well established and growing business based in Central London are seeking an experienced and professional EA to provide administrative and personal support at Director level.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strongly experienced Executive Assistant who has previous experience at a senior level within a fast-paced environment. The position involves comprehensive administrative duties for a self-motivated and proactive individual.

Responsibilities
  • Diary management and scheduling
  • Proactively manage the projects and liaise with relevant point of contacts for updates
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the Director
  • Handle confidential personal and corporate information with discretion and professionalism
  • Create and edit presentations
  • Minute taking in meetings
  • Coordinate and manage the bookings, reservations and travel itineraries
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous EA experience at senior level within a fast-paced environment is essential
