Job description
Temp to Perm - Immediate Start | Victoria

We at Leaman Consulting are partnering with a fast-paced, high‑growth organisation to support in the search for an exceptional Executive Assistant. This is a brilliant temp‑to‑perm opportunity for a proactive EA who thrives in a pacey, ever‑evolving environment and enjoys being a trusted right‑hand to senior leadership.

Working closely with the C‑Suite you'll become the central hub of coordination and organisation across the leadership team. You'll need to anticipate needs, manage complex diaries, and keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes. This role suits someone who is unflappable, solutions‑oriented and naturally two steps ahead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive and proactive diary management for senior leaders, coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Full inbox oversight: acting as a trusted gatekeeper, flagging priorities and managing communications.
  • International travel booking and full itinerary preparation.
  • Ensuring smooth and well‑executed quarterly board meetings.
  • Supporting with internal and external events—leadership meetings, training, away days and team celebrations.
  • Managing holiday and absence tracking for the management team, maintaining key administrative spreadsheets.
  • Preparing and submitting expenses on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Handling budgets, invoicing, POs and goods receipting via Oracle.
  • Overseeing facilities management and ensuring the office remains fully stocked and running smoothly.

This is a superb opportunity for a highly organised EA who enjoys variety, responsibility and building strong relationships at senior level. You'll join a collaborative, friendly team based near Victoria, with the chance to secure a long‑term role in a dynamic environment.

If you're immediately available and excited by the sound of this, we would love to hear from you.
