Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executives’ calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimise their time.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
  • Coordinate team meetings and events, ensuring all logistics, including virtual meetings, are handled efficiently.
  • Assist in managing project timelines and workflows to support strategic business goals.
  • Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Monitor executive communications and manage priority responses, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
  • Take initiative to improve processes and implement new systems for efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar support role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
