Job description

In HCM – Benefits and Wellness, we are looking for an Assistant to support a team of up to 5 people, including one main individual. The ideal candidate will have strong assistant experience, capable of managing complex and ever-changing diaries, and will spend most of the day proactively owning and managing diaries.

The role involves managing phones, stakeholder engagement, expenses, and supporting a team of 5-6 assistants, covering for each other as needed. We require candidates with a minimum of 3 years' experience, who can hit the ground running, are adaptable, and are aware of different time zones.

International travel is minimal, with up to 6 trips per year. The team includes 2 demanding individuals and 3 with lighter requirements. Core working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM. This is a temporary position lasting at least 18 months, paying £26 per hour inclusive of holiday.

Must have HR experience or have supported someone in HR.
