A leading international insurer is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior management in either London or Manchester. Responsibilities include organising meetings and travel, maintaining filing systems, and managing correspondence. The ideal candidate has extensive experience as a Personal Assistant, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Office applications. QBE Europe are recruiting an Executive assistant to support the Group Head of Technology Strategy & Architecture and Group Head of Enterprise Platforms and Strategic Programme Director on a permanent basis in either our London or Manchester office.
Th is role is to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior management, directors, and their teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.
