A growing charitable organisation in Greater London is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder in a hands-on capacity. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating events, and enhancing office processes. Candidates should have over 5 years of EA experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach. This is a 12-month maternity cover role, providing an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a values-driven team.

This is a hands‑on Executive Assistant role supporting a Founder with ad‑hoc support to the senior leadership team in a fast‑paced, creative environment. You will need to be agile, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without needing handholding. You will also be the go‑to person that ensures the office runs smoothly, working with third parties and liaising closely with a connected family office. This is a 12‑month maternity cover role, working closely with the team.
