Purpose

As Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the COO, CFO and wider leadership team, to provide exceptional administrative, diary, and meeting management support. Ensuring effective communication, timely execution of priorities, and high‑quality interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
  • Provide full diary, meeting, and inbox management for the COO & CFO
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritising competing demands between internal stakeholders, customers, and investors
  • Attend meetings with the COO & CFO when required and ensure key actions are tracked and followed up
  • Support key business processes as required
  • Manage expenses and travel plans
  • Prepare and coordinate documentation and presentations to support internal and external meetings
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant team to support corporate activities including leadership meetings and internal events
  • Cover reception when required
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Ensure incoming communications are managed and responded to on behalf of the COO & CFO to maintain an exceptional customer experience
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted representative of the COO & CFO and the Causeway brand
  • Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all communications (phone, email, and face‑to‑face)
  • Follow up with department members to ensure meeting actions and deadlines are met
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential Skills
  • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft 365, including advanced PowerPoint design
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and follow through on deliverables
  • Professional credibility and a track record of integrity and accountability
  • At least A‑level or equivalent education
  • Articulate, emotionally intelligent, and confident when engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong stakeholder management with a professional and composed demeanour
  • Commercially aware and able to make informed decisions on behalf of the COO
  • Creative and confident in managing and supporting cross‑functional collaboration
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong data handling/organisational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced, changing environment
