Overview

Executive Assistant – 12 month FTC – Mayfair

A fantastic hybrid working opportunity for an EA to join a global investment firm, located in beautiful offices in heart of Mayfair. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an EA role, working within financial services, ideally front office. This is a stand-alone position supporting a team of 3 MD’s in an all-encompassing role, so it is important that the assistant enjoys using their initiative, is a self-starter and is flexible in their approach.

What you’ll do
  • Extensive diary management for the MD’s – working across different time zones
  • Organise multi-stop international travel
  • Arrange all meetings, including logistics such as booking conference calls and meeting rooms
  • Proactively schedule and arrange for all trips, including lodging, flights, visas, currency exchange, and ground transportation
  • Roadshow coordination and working closely with the events team to support with client events
  • Providing ad hoc support for any projects including research
  • General admin supporting including printing and binding ahead of meeting
  • Maintain in-house Client Relationship Management (CRM system)
Skills required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an EA role within financial services
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on all aspects of workload

  • Proactive ‘can-do’ approach
  • Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking
