A leading healthcare firm in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and leadership team in managing schedules, communications, and operational tasks. This role involves act as a trusted partner, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective communication. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment. The position offers a full-time, on-site work arrangement at a sustainable campus with a supportive culture and various employee benefits.
As Executive Assistant, you will be a central coordination point for our CEO, COO, CTO and wider leadership team. You will help them manage busy schedules and prepare for important meetings. You will act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing communications and confidential information with care. You will also take clear minutes at our board meetings, so that decisions and actions are accurately recorded and followed through. It is a visible role where your judgement and people skills will support how we grow and how we work with partners who care about patients as much as we do.
You will build close working relationships with the Executive Team. You will learn what matters most to them and protect time for those priorities. You will anticipate what they need next and resolve scheduling, logistical or operational issues before they affect progress. Complex diaries, travel plans and meeting schedules will pass through you, and you will turn them into clear arrangements that feel considered and calm.
You will also help to plan and coordinate key meetings and events. You will organise leadership catch ups and board discussions, support investor relationships and arrange visits to our facilities. You will also coordinate interactions with advisors, consultants and other external partners. At board meetings you will prepare papers, record accurate minutes and track agreed actions. You will support strategic and operational initiatives led by the Executive Team and wider leadership, providing the organisation and follow through that keeps work moving. You will be a steady point of contact for clients and partners, and a trusted link between executives and teams across the company. Alongside that, you will support a small administrative team and keep important operational details moving, from financial tasks to quality and office logistics. You will assist with governance documentation and other compliance related administrative tasks.
