Job description
Execution Manager

As an Execution Manager within Bolt’s Rides vertical, you will play a key role in driving the successful rollout of strategic initiatives across the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This role focuses on turning high-impact opportunities into reality by supporting expansion into new markets and translating financial analysis into executable, real-world deals. Location: London, United Kingdom

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Execution Manager to lead and oversee the growth of a portfolio of high-impact initiatives within our Rides vertical across the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region. You will drive successful execution in new markets and contexts, acting as a key bridge between financial modeling and real-world deal-making.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Actively lead the evaluation of new opportunities as part of the Business Development team, setting priorities and strategic direction.
  • Lead engagement with key stakeholders (including country and regional management) to drive the development and approval of organic and inorganic business cases across the Rides vertical.
  • Oversee and manage the execution of complex, cross-border investments, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with global goals.
  • Represent the Execution team in high-level discussions and negotiations with potential partners, co-investors, and financial institutions.
  • Direct the execution and ensure the quality of financial modeling for high-impact transactions, which includes partnerships, new ventures, and structured investments.
  • Manage the performance of the existing investment portfolio, oversee regular reporting to senior leadership, and identify specific areas for optimization or further investment.
About you:
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Structured Finance, or Corporate Development.
  • Proven commercial leadership skills with the ability to drive successful execution in new markets and negotiate with external partners.
  • Expert-level financial modeling skills, with the specific ability to review, audit, and direct all modeling work.
  • Uncompromising attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership. You are a self-starter who can manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Experience working in the CEE region as well as relevant language skills is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with debt financing and real assets, in particular vehicle leases, is highly desirable.
