You are a reliable, professional and approachable individual who understands the importance of maintaining a calm, fair and secure examination environment. You are confident following procedures, handling confidential materials, and supporting candidates respectfully and consistently. You remain calm under pressure, pay close attention to detail, and take pride in upholding examination standards.

About the Exams Team

Our Exams Team is a committed and collaborative group who share a strong focus on ensuring that all examinations are delivered in line with JCQ regulations, so that every student is able to complete their exams in a safe, fair, and supportive environment.

The team consists of experienced invigilators who ensure that all candidates receive the support they need and that examination processes are managed securely and consistently.
