We are seeking to appoint Exam Invigilators with the drive to contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, and mutual support within the school. Promoting equality within and valuing the diversity of the school community is essential to our ethos.
This role is essential to the smooth running of the examination process. In addition to ensuring correct exam procedures are followed, you will be responsible for setting out and collecting exam papers and materials, admitting students to the exam hall / room and invigilating. Duties may also include reading and scribing for students.
The successful candidate needs to be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise workload, ensure strict deadlines are met, work on their own initiative, be a role model to others and work within a team environment.
Candidate must be able to work autonomously and collaboratively, maintain accurate records, and uphold the confidentiality and safety of students during examinations. Strong organisational skills and a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion are required.
