Events Supervisor
Location: M Shed based

We're looking for an experienced Events Supervisor to join our Central Venues team, based at the iconic M Shed in Bristol. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be the sole representative of the site to clients, ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage events on‑site, acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Supervise and motivate teams of up to 15 staff across various departments
• Champion Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) practices, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working culture
• Coordinate with other venues and departments to support multi‑site operations
• Maintain the highest standards of service and presentation, driving a culture of excellence
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules
