Role Overview

As the Events Production Coordinator, you will be a key member of our team, with the mission to translate ROVR’s digital identity into unforgettable live experiences. You will operate on a global stage, forging partnerships with the world’s leading cultural institutions, promoters, and brands, and helping to build a world‑class events business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Strategy & Production: Lead the end‑to‑end production of all ROVR live shows and events, from intimate curated sessions to large‑scale productions.
  • Logistics & Operations: Develop and manage event budgets, production logistics, vendor relationships, and sponsor partnerships.
  • Global Partnerships: Spearhead collaborations with world‑class venues and event organisers to coordinate performances and promotional events.
  • On‑Site Management: Oversee all on‑site operations, including processing technical and hospitality riders, to ensure a seamless experience for artists and audiences alike.
Requirements
  • A seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in high‑level event production within the music industry.
  • A fast and agile learner who can quickly master new tools, adapt to changing workflows, and get up to speed with our systems immediately.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment: You are comfortable working in a high‑velocity startup atmosphere where priorities can shift, and you enjoy the adrenaline of live event production.
  • A hands‑on, execution‑focused individual who thrives on bringing events to life.
  • Composed under pressure: Ability to work effectively and maintain a cool head in dynamic, high‑stress situations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with experience in creating detailed schedules, run‑of‑shows, and artist itineraries.
  • A native‑level English speaker. Additional languages are a significant advantage.
