Description

We are looking for an Events Executive to join our brilliant Trackside Guest Experience team here in Silverstone.

Within this role, the successful candidate will support in delivering unforgettable, world‑class trackside experiences that leave a lasting impact on our partners and VIP guests, focusing predominantly on paddock club and premium hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities
Paddock Club Operations
  • Support the end‑to‑end delivery of the Paddock Club guest experience.
  • Assist in managing guest lists, communications, guides, schedules, and event collateral.
  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams and suppliers, including freight, stock, and on‑site setup.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand and hospitality standards across all activations.
Event Planning & Coordination
  • Contribute to race weekend planning, including schedules, garage tour timetables, and run‑of‑show documents.
  • Provide essential administrative support e.g. purchase orders, supplier setup, and budget reconciliation.
  • Assist in the execution of Partner Paddock activations and guest data reporting.
Innovation & Experience Development
  • Research, develop, and implement innovative ideas to elevate the Paddock Club experience.
  • Support bespoke partner touchpoints that deliver impact and exclusivity.
  • Contribute to sustainability and CSR initiatives at trackside events.
  • Stay ahead of global luxury, lifestyle, and brand trends to maintain best‑in‑class hospitality.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain project timelines within digital PM tools to ensure flawless execution.
  • Support freight management, equipment tracking, and operational readiness.
  • Act as an on‑site brand ambassador, delivering exceptional guest service at races.
  • Assist with internal team events, showcases, and season‑end celebrations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven experience in event management or coordination, ideally within hospitality, motorsport, or luxury environments.
  • A calm, confident approach under pressure, with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. A team player able to build strong working relationships and adapt quickly to change.
  • Confident working with budgets and financial reconciliation.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic, with the ability to work weekends, extended hours, and travel internationally.
  • A commitment to delivering world‑class experiences while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of Health & Safety.
