As Events Executive, you will manage the end-to-end regional execution of Vista’s global event strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia for VistaJet and XO, working closely with and supporting the Senior Events Manager who leads global strategy.
This role blends creative thinking, meticulous execution, and collaborative teamwork to deliver exceptional experiences that reinforce Vista’s brand presence and business objectives. You will work cross-functionally and with strategic partners to ensure successful delivery of both B2B and B2C events, as well as internal activations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the regional implementation of the global events strategy set by Senior Events Manager across EMEA and Asia, ensuring alignment with commercial and brand priorities.
- Oversee logistics, supplier management, and full end-to-end coordination for major Aviation airshows, B2B trade shows, and VistaJet member experiences.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to create and deliver bespoke event activations that elevate client engagement and drive measurable commercial outcomes.
- Lead the development and coordination of marketing assets associated with events and partnership initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and operational readiness.
- Manage pre-event planning and post-event evaluation, including ROI analysis, structured stakeholder debriefs, and comprehensive performance reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and suppliers, ensuring dependable delivery and consistent communication.
- Support Regional Vice Presidents in executing strategic business development events that reinforce commercial opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Work closely with and support the Senior Events Manager in maintaining budget integrity and identifying opportunities for efficient, high-quality delivery.
- Plan and oversee FBO activations and branded pop-up experiences across priority hubs, ensuring premium brand representation and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with global teams to contribute to event ideation and implementation, aligning regional execution with global standards and best practices.
- Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Events or Marketing, preferably within luxury, aviation or hospitality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and drive tasks forward without constant direction.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a resourceful and solutions-oriented approach to overcoming challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong project management and multitasking ability.
- Demonstrates the ability to think outside the box—bringing fresh ideas, challenging conventional approaches, and developing innovative solutions that add strategic value.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
