A leading retail company in the United Kingdom is seeking an Events Coordinator to support the Event Manager in coordinating various corporate events. Responsibilities include managing logistics, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement for events ranging from conferences to charity engagements. We are on the look out for an Events Coordinator to join our Group Communications team on a 15 month fixed term contract. This role supports the Event Manager in delivering all aspects of event execution, including planning, logistics, budget management, onsite coordination, and post-event reconciliation. Events range from company conferences and the Annual General Meeting to financial results presentations, internal and external stakeholder engagements, agricultural shows, senior leadership meetings, and charity partner events such as GroceryAid.
Please note: this is a 15 month fixed term contract opportunity.
