Job description
Events Coordinator
The Company

Fertifa is a leading provider of reproductive, hormonal, and sexual health as well as neurodiversity wellbeing benefits. Our mission is to make personal healthcare accessible for all individuals, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age, or relationship status.

We have a long-standing legacy of providing reproductive health and neurodiversity clinical support to global Enterprise and SMEs alike. Today, our services extend across fertility and family‑forming, maternity, menopause, women’s and men’s reproductive health and neurodiversity, offering clinical and wellbeing support, educational resources, and financial assistance — all through our Fertifa app.

After acquiring Juniper Reproductive Health and completing a seed extension in 2025, we are now entering an exciting phase of growth. As we scale, we’re building a team of mission‑driven, high‑performing individuals passionate about transforming employer‑funded healthcare.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Fertifa team. We have already secured top tier enterprise and SME customers, including Meta, Lululemon, Bain Capital, Sony Music, Citadel, Monzo, Virgin Limited Edition, H&M and others. We are now looking for a highly driven Events Coordinator to execute Fertifa’s events programme/calendar working closely with and supporting marketing, sales and client services.

In this role, you’ll blend meticulous execution with a collaborative spirit to create experiences that resonate with our target stakeholders and drive Fertifa’s mission forward.

You will manage our presence at industry conferences and external events, taking accountability for driving lead metrics while tracking impact using HubSpot. As a key representative of Fertifa, you will speak with prospective clients and partners, reflecting our ethos, mission, and values with genuine authenticity. Events, such as our Friends of Fertifa breakfast series, are at the heart of Fertifa Marketing and you will play a valuable role in shaping the success in 2026.

You will report to the Head of Marketing, whilst working very closely with our Sales, Clinical and Client Services teams, along with the rest of the business functions at Fertifa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end‑to‑end implementation of our events strategy (everything from our quarterly breakfasts to REBA/other industry events) to ensure every activation aligns with the company mission and brand identity. This could range from in‑person to online/virtual events.
  • Partner with various internal teams to deliver event experiences specifically tailored to the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Outline the branding, theme, and messaging that will help frame each Fertifa event, aligning events to Awareness Days and key calendar moments.
  • Ensure our events engage prospects and clients through value‑driven interactions that build loyalty and advocacy.
  • Oversee the development and coordination of all marketing collateral and resources needed for events, ensure brand consistency throughout.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, brokers and external suppliers to ensure dependable delivery and seamless communication.
  • Report on and interpret metrics around event performance, working closely with Sales to track the lead follow‑up process and conversion rates.
  • Manage the annual event budget and meticulously track all associated expenses.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in Events or Marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup/scaleup environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and drive tasks forward without constant direction.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with a resourceful and solutions‑oriented approach to overcoming challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High level of organisational skill and the ability to manage multiple event campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and HubSpot to manage leads and outreach.
Skills & Attributes
  • End‑to‑end marketing experience in a small but thriving company; start‑up experience would be ideal.
  • An assertive, effective, professional communicator and mediator, who projects confidence and provides natural assurance with prospective clients.
  • Strong interpersonal communicator comfortable working with a multi‑disciplinary team demonstrating constant “presence” and availability, fast response time and feedback loops, prompt follow‑up and collaboration.
  • Excellent organisational skills, fastidious attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Self‑starter, very proactive, with “hustle” and willingness to work at a fast pace and with energy reflecting the importance of product‑led businesses, ideally with experience at an early‑stage (pre‑/Series A) start‑up.
  • Ability to motivate colleagues and across disciplines and functional roles.
  • An interest in reproductive rights and making reproductive health accessible to everyone. You are passionate about healthcare, and you have a good understanding of the areas of healthcare that have long been under‑served.
  • Open‑mindedness to using AI to optimise efficiency, and utilising AI tools.
Nice to have
  • Prior experience in startups in the health‑tech or HR sector.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills with a strong desire to operate within a high‑performing culture.
What you’ll get
  • Opportunity to develop customer‑centric discipline and skills which will be applied some of the world’s largest organisations/corporates.
  • Scope to propose new ideas and suggestions and to work within a truly collaborative environment.
  • Access to all functional areas across the company and exposure to what everyone does.
