Pay: Up to £16 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

As a Bar Manager, you'll take charge of one or more busy bar units, ensuring smooth, efficient operations throughout every event. From managing stock and cash to inspiring your team of bartenders and supervisors, you'll help create an outstanding atmosphere and deliver first‑class service. A Personal Licence is preferred but not essential – it's your leadership, energy, and professionalism that will make the difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee bar operations from start to finish, including stock control, cash handling, and event reporting.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance at all times.
