Essential: 3-5 years in marketing with strong event and/or campaign management; proven project management; excellent stakeholder management; calm under pressure; strong attention to detail; travel readiness; ability to work across cross-functional teams. Desirable: experience in technology/B2B; storytelling-focused content development; experience with CRM/Marketing Automation (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.); basic design capability (Canva/PowerPoint) or familiarity with more advanced tools; global or multi-region coordination experience. Tools & Skills: Proficiency with basic analytics and reporting; comfortable with up-front budgeting and post-event ROI assessment.
