A growing family business is seeking an Event Support Administrator to join their team. This role involves supporting event coordinators with various administrative tasks, including management of travel documents and invoicing. Ideal candidates should have experience in customer service and administration, possess a valid UK passport and driving licence, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. The position allows for remote work, making it suitable for individuals who are confident working independently.
We are looking for a diligent and adaptable individual to join our fantastic team. Your role as an event support administrator will be to support our event team with various administrative tasks which includes but is not limited to, management of travel documents, invoicing, and data input.
This role will require travel as and when requested to support our event team.
This is a fantastic entry level role for someone looking for a varied role in a growing family business. This is best suited to a person who is comfortable and confident working from home.
Working from home (Dorset based preferred): Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
