EVENT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a diligent and adaptable individual to join our fantastic team. Your role as an event support administrator will be to support our event team with various administrative tasks which includes but is not limited to, management of travel documents, invoicing, and data input.

This role will require travel as and when requested to support our event team.

Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • 1 year+ experience in customer service (preferred)
  • 1 year+ experience in administration (essential)
  • Valid UK passport and driving licence (essential)
Ideal Candidate Will Be
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM software (essential)
  • Excellent time management and task prioritisation
  • Flexible and consistent with strong attention to detail
  • Able to communicate professionally with a broad range of clients
  • Confident & motivated working unaccompanied at home
Financial & Invoice Management
  • Reconcile event-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed budgets and contracts
  • Review supplier and vendor invoices, identifying discrepancies or incorrect billing
  • Liaise with Event Co-ordinators and Accounts department to resolve billing queries efficiently
Event Support
  • Provide administrative support to Event Co-ordinators across multiple events
  • Assist with event planning tasks such as documentation, schedules, supplier information, and checklists
  • Support Event Co-ordinators during events, including regular international travel where required
  • Part of the role will be customer facing while onsite on location
  • Reacting to the fast-paced nature of our customer’s needs

This is a fantastic entry level role for someone looking for a varied role in a growing family business. This is best suited to a person who is comfortable and confident working from home.

Working location and hours

Working from home (Dorset based preferred): Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
