Overview
We're looking for a Festival Operations Executive to join our team in London as part of our Events function. Your role is to ensure the seamless coordination of event logistics, supplier management, and operational execution. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a high‑quality festival.
Responsibilities
- Maintain supplier spreadsheets, track costs, and assist with ordering equipment, including AV, signage and festival logistics.
- Collaborate with existing and new suppliers to enhance services across the festival.
- Coordinate event logistics between London and Cannes while overseeing storage inventories.
- Work with the design team on creating assets, signage and other collateral.
- Ensure all deadlines are met while fostering strong supplier relationships.
- Support ad hoc events and projects with the commercial operations and wider teams throughout the year.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event operations or logistics.
- Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong teamwork skills while being self‑motivated and comfortable with individual projects.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fully available for the month of June.
