Job description

No experience necessary , however, due to the nature of the work we do in the community, we do require all candidates to hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle. Please note, we are unfortunately unable to offer the position to anyone requiring a sp0ns0rship.

While many companies only pay Care Assistants for contact time, we believe you should be paid for every minute you work, so we pay for both travel time and mileage . We also increase your pay for working over the weekend and bank holidays.

On average, travel time equates to 10% of your working time, so put simply, working for a company that doesn't pay travel time means you'll be unpaid for 10% of every working day. On a 6 monthly average our care experts are earning an average hourly rate of £15.60 per hour

Pay rates :

• £12.80ph Weekdays
• £13.80ph Weekends
• £25.60ph Bank Holidays
• PLUS travel time paid at £11.44ph AND mileage paid at 40p per mile.
